There were two interviews. The first one spoke about the position and asked me basic questions about why I wanted to work there. The second one? She talked about the history of the organization which I already read about on their site. She then asked me about my previous positions. It seemed she was more interested in them. The only question she asked other than my previous work experiences was why I wanted to work specifically with their organization.

First got a call for phone interview then an in person. The girl was nice and it didn’t feel like an interview. However, when I asked a certain question about the job, I felt like that really ended the interview. But I didn’t get an offer and I don’t think it had to do with my background.
