Very casual, it was about 3 hours and just something to get to know you on the personal level to make sure you fit in with the team and culture. Knowledge can all be taught and Kimray will pay to send you to classes to learn any important skills that will help you with your job.

There's a 3 page pre-employment questioner work sheet you fill out and that will have all the questions you need to answer.
