short, 8 questions, to the point. It is not very formal or personal. THey didn't tell me how much i would make until a week after i started working because they were waiting to hear back from corporate.

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
