It was really chill and fun, it felt more like a chat with the hiring managers instead of an interview so it definitely eased the anxiety I had. They'll also have you do an assessment test before the interview to have a look at your capabilities to come up with content.

- the writing test was quite easy, but expect to explain why you answered the way you answered. about 15 questions? just be as quick as possible because you have 30 mins.
- was interviewed by the staff or the team leads. it was just a conversation. they will ask about your work experience, but i suppose they may ask in-depth questions if they're interested in you.
- interviewers were young, in their twenties. no hostility from them so far.

It was easy to average. If you have agency background, there’s a higher chance to be hired. They will also ask how you manage multiple projects that is highly demanding at the same time.
