Chaotic; senior managers didn't know what they wanted so totally unpreparing the candidate; protracted process and poor communication between directly and through third party that led to a very poor candidate experience. This has been the second time I've been messed around by Kingfisher. Reflects their ways of working and how they continue to work . Continuing like this will create further challenges for them in a struggling market and their ambitious 2020 plans in a competitive market. High staff attrition and poor management and lack of opportunities and growth. Disgruntled employees.
