Phone interview plus two face-to-face interviews. Their offices are located within Indianapolis and are very nice. Everyone that I came in contact with was respectful and courteous. I applied for a tier 1 position but was told at my first interview that this position had the work load and stress level of a tier 2 or 3. To top it all off the compensation was way below average.
