Candidates invest a lot in your process. Clear, timely communication (even if it’s a no) goes a long way in upholding your brand and creating a more respectful hiring experience. This company is very disorganised. They took 2 weeks to get back to me about scheduling a second interview I had to chase them for follow through on that and then after a great second interview they ghosted. 3 weeks of silence passed and no follow up whatsoever. A simple update or closure wouldve been nice. Didn’t even send an automated rejection email to let me know. Reflects a potential gap in internal communication or candidate care

Entretien
They will ghost you in the interviewing process. I had 3 interviews after the third I never heard anything. They won’t send a rejection email. I followed up with them and never heard back. Also they are very disorganised I had to email them twice to schedule the second interview and they had the wrong interview time written down. Horrible company leaving candidates in limbo and ghosting .
