The recruiter initially reached out to me, and I gave an hour of my time. It seemed, based on the wording and tone of the conversation, like the next steps were a done deal—talking with additional members of the leadership team. However, after multiple follow-up messages, I never received any further communication. I couldn't even get a very basic, one-sentence "Thanks, but we're moving on."

Very detailed and well oiled interview process that ensures candidates align with company’s values. The company is well rooted in its mission and values and does an excellent job explaining them and ensuring alignment.
