Completed application online, was contacted by an HR rep had a zoom interview, then had an interview with three people from the hiring team. The interview was an assessment to see what you wanted out of the summer experience and what skills or experience you had to offer. Everyone I spoke with spoke so highly of their team, coworkers, and company. Very positive group

What are you hoping to get out of this summer? How do you manage multiple projects at once? Why Kite?
Had a screening call with Human resources on interest and logistical questions, video interview with Hiring Manager and team members. Asked about prior experience and technical skills on programming languages.
Very friendly and welcoming. First had a phone screening then spoke to three people on the team. There was a combination of technical and behavioral questions. Offer came after around three weeks.
