Had two great interviews, but the third was really negative. I felt interrogated - I was made to feel bad for trying to leave a company where 20% had been laid off the week prior (with more coming) and was told I needed to send past examples of internal deck (aka confidential work) to verify that I wasn't lying about my past experience. Afterwards, I decided to withdraw despite being told I was the lead candidate. I shared my concerns with HR when withdrawing, and then received an unexpected phone call from the employee who made me feel uncomfortable. The employee started the call by apologizing and ended it by telling me it was just standard interview practice and they did nothing wrong. I felt very gaslit and knew I made the right decision by withdrawing, especially after reading all of the reviews on here saying how toxic the workplace is. All in all, was very disappointed as up until that point I thought I would be happy at Kith.

I met with a 4 people. Felt conversational rather than standard interview questions. The time between interviews was long. It took about a month and a half to pass all rounds
