Thorough Zoom interview with client liaison and supervisory paralegals. Started with an explanation of the role and firm structure, then background/experience questions. Two sessions with 3-4 people, so be prepared to repeat answers if needed. Fast-paced!

Interviewed with Human Resources and then interviewed with 3 paralegals. The interview went well, was about an hour long. Writing sample is required. The process was about two weeks long.

Brief interview, mainly them describing their company and office culture. Asked you to rate yourself on various skills. Spent time explaining the day-to-day duties. Gave a proofreading test for 15 minutes after the interview. Very nice people.
