I spoke with an HR screener. We talked about the position and my past. They asked for a salary and would not give a range for the position. Got very defensive when asked, but I needed to give a number. Then told me to fill out a Start profit assessment. Then never got back with me
It is a quick process and you should interview several people on the same day. The interview style is pretty standard. I had a 4 stage, 1 day interview, where I spoke with 3 people individually, and then 3 more people as a group.
