standard process. nice people. They will take you out to eat. This will be followed by several separate interviews with senior staff. The interviews were more like converstations. They also will let you meet some of your potential peers so you get a feel for the office culture.

First was a call by HR. Then a hiring manager scheduled the interview. It seemed really rushed and as if no one was really interested. People were distracted looking at other things on their screen. Never heard back from them after the interview.
