Entretien
Initial phone interview was with HR and it was fairly straight forward. They wanted to do a basic check on my history and if I was a good cultural fit for the organisation. Following that they were very flexible with when I could have a face to face interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager was great and I would not hesitate to work for him. They were open about some of their customers being very difficult and I knew the role would not be an easy one.
