Pretty easy. Walked in and was asked my desire pay and what my strengths and weaknesses were. Interview was taken in a closet though so that was a little weird.

I had my first interview with the Loss Prevention Manager, there was no phone interview. We met at the store and discussed my previous work experience as well as reasons for applying for the job. There were a couple behavioral questions about how to handle upset customers and theft. Overalll it was pretty simple, the Manager wanted to make sure the person applying for the position had a good understanding of electronics and what was expected of him.
