It was good ..... it’s just face to face interview .... and the manager was very friendly...... just some basic questions.... what is best customer service for you...?, describe a experience when you got angry customer..?
Applied online. Interviewed in person in the store with HR manager. Received notification that I was accepted for the customer service representative position within probably three to four days of the interview.
