Interviewed in head office. Asked basic questions. Decided against taking the job that was offered. Recommend to anyone looking for an entry level position and has a flexible schedule, that can work weekends and weeknights.

Entretien
It was a very straight forward process which lead to getting hired. I began working there two days later. I stayed for six months and it was my first real job while still in high school.

Applied online and was called about 3 weeks later for an interview. They were pretty open ended concerning "what entry-level job are you interested in?" I asked if there were opportunities for growth, promotion, and after a year or so of very good work ethic, for even slight pay increases. To all of those, they said it was "determined per store" and they "couldn't say". I asked, since I'd performed around 2 hours of research about this company prior to my interview. All entry-level jobs were at $7.25/hr. I was polite but very honest and I let them know I could go to a temp agency up the road and get entry-level jobs for $8.00 - 8.50/hr. They would not negotiate so I thanked them for their time and left.
