J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kmart (Redlands, CA) en mars 2016

The interview was easiness itself. Interviewer jumped right into what Ill be doing on the job. I asked a few questions of my own and she said she will schedule a second interview but as far as she was concerned, welcome to the team.
It was the "Next Step" that was the problem. Wow, can a business possibly more disorganized? My interview which was supposed to be with guy X the next day and he passed me off to another manager said he'd schedule me but neglected to do so. I called back a few times over a span of three and a half weeks trying to find out what was going on and was passed around like a hot potato. Manager to manager, HR, my interviewer, back to HR. No one knew what to do with me. There were a couple of "we'll get back to you"s when no one ever did. It was clear the lady in HR I spoke to didn't care at all who I was or about my situation.
Just when I called them for the last time to get it over with, a theater called for an interview (much preferred to Kmart). They called me back the very next day and scheduled me to come in for my first day that same week. I liked this place already!
Im sure a number of potentially awesome candidates got lost in the chaos of Kmart's bulk hiring.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate, don't need much practice for most of them.
Straight forward applied interviewed chit got a call came in to an inperson inter view manager and another associate. Asked passed jobs I was in school asked about working weekends and over time how I dealt with stressful situations s
