They first want a phone interview and if they liked you, they wanted you to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was quick, about fifteen minutes max and did not ask very many questions. It was a panel interview with three women.

The process was very straight forward and direct. I submitted my application, I received a call for an initial phone screen, I was invited to interview one day later. Waiting to hear back from them. I hope to move on the next round to get a chance to interview with the senior partner.
