Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

You apply. There is a phone screening with HR. If they like you, they set you up with your potential boss at the poker room. If they like you, you go through a paid workshop to see how well you pick up the material. THEN you get hired.

About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.

it is quite easy. first, it started off as zoom interview. then, they called you from phone to let you know the interview result. if you are good at maths, it will not be a problem.
