Interview with recruitment team, followed up by meeting with functional executive. Overall a good experience, didn’t get the role. But felt the process was appropriate and was in the loop from a communication perspective. Would apply again!

My initial meeting was with a Talent Acquisition Partner who walked me through the role. This was followed by an interview with the person that become my manager, and the final step of the process was with the founder.
