Smooth start with internal recruiter. Functional interviewer was a no show. Turned-up on the second attempt. Didn't seem to know the job description as asked technical and basic scrum questions. Finished early as at home with her daughter. I expressed dissatisfaction and my feedback was taken seriously by HR / Recruitment Management. Thanks for that.
