Purely a personality interview, pretty simple. Questions were fair and not very hard to answer. There is only 1 interview and then you see if you receive an offer or not
Virtua and talent measured.
Technically strong and good in behavioral.
V&B are the most measuring tool and expecting a resource to be self actualized and contribution motivated.
good to start with and work life balance is depending upon the project you are going to get.

Typical behavioral based interview with a Koch spin. There are questions around Koch's 8 guiding principles, which you can readily find via Google. Integrity, Stewardship, Principled entre..., transformation, knowledge, humility, respect & self actualization.
