It was a self recorded interview that could be done wherever. Was straightforward and did not feel like there was any pressure. The interview was done online instead of in person.
Slow the recruiters take there time getting back to you, I recommend looking other places along with interviewing with Koch because they will string you along and deny you very late in the process leaving you with nothing

Pretty basic interview with a lot of situational questions by two higher up managers. Interesting that I got to visit Witchita, Kansas. They pay for hotel and travel outside of 500 miles.
