The recruiters from the United State are unprofessional and will ghost you. The whole process is very unprofessional. Communication skills are shockingly low, although they are native English speaker. Even after being orally told that I have passed, I have been ghosted and waited for weeks for a reply after sending inquiries twice.

It was OK,but I felt they do not value your time,after taking a day off and spending one day at their office attending interview,they didn't show the courtesy to pick up the phone and let me know the interview feedback. They talk highly of theri culture but didn't show the basic manners
