It was a group interview, with mostly typical costumer service questions and prior experience. They also asked about availability, and asked if we were comfortable working late at night or early in the morning with the holidays coming up. Everything was straight forward, with the group interview lasting around 30 mins. The overall experience was well.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
