The interview consisted of the store manager and the area supervisor in a room with all the other applicants. We went around answering a question. It is definitely best to be one of the first asked because everybody will just copy your answer (or if you had the same answer, it would have the same effect).

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
