When I received the phone call to come in for an interview, they made it sound like it was your typical one-on-one interview. When I showed up, it was a group interview with around 20-25 people. I have no issue with group interviews but I do think that it should be disclosed when scheduling. They took us into a back room and asked us one question at a time. Each person then had a chance to answer (repetitive and boring, how many possible answers can there be to "Why Kohl's?"). After 3-4 questions they pulled out a few people and told the rest of us we were hired.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
