J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Vallejo, CA) en avr. 2015
Entretien
I applied online, after Kohl's had their on-campus recruiting/interview process at my college. There was a phone interview with the campus recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes and then an interview with my future district manager that lasted 1 hour. The phone interview was a little awkward since I had never had a phone interview but the final interview went very well. My district manager seemed liked he wanted to get to know my personality more than assess my skills which was refreshing.
Scheduled interview very quickly and got email updates on when it would be. Interview process took about 45-50 minutes on behavioral questions, interviewer was kind and I had an overall great experience.

Entretien
The whole process was very rewarding and the Kohl's talent office connected me with multiple people who had done the internship previously, which made the process much less intimidating and made it clear what would be happening day-to-day.
