I applied online and received a call a few days later to come in for an interview. I was very excited because I had never worked and I really needed the experience and extra money. When I walked into Kohls, I was directed to the employee room and there were about 9 of us in total. We met with the store manager and the director of store operations. We were basically asked about our work experience, and learned information about the company. It wasn't hard at all and we were all pretty much hired except for two individuals. I was very excited and my hopes were diminished after I attended the orientation a few days later. I filled out employment forms and was basically told that I was hired and I never received a call back for my schedule, even after I contacted the store multiple times. I was really interested in working with the employees there they seemed very friendly and helpful. Was a complete let down.
