J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Fresh Meadows, NY) en juil. 2017
Entretien
Applied online, received an email to schedule an interview. The following week I went to the interview. I went to the customer service desk who directed me to the back room. I then went to the office. From the moment I said hello, I knew I wouldn't get the job because nobody cared about the interview at all. There was about 15 detailed scenario questions, which is a lot considering I had an interview at Macy's the day before and that only had about 7 questions. I could just barely make out the detailed questions because of the very flat , monotonous tone it was spoken in, but did answer as well as I could. When it was done I wasn't even permitted to ask any questions, I was just told that our interview has concluded and I can leave. I received an email 2 days later saying I didn't have enough qualifications when I have more than enough for a minimum wage sales associate job that most people could possibly get with no experience at all. It was the rudest interview I had ever dealt with and I won't be applying to Kohl's again.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.

I did a virtual interview with kohls, when I joined the call at the set time scheduled, the interviewer already had someone else in the call, so I had to rejoin five minutes later, which made me seem like the awkward one when I’m the one who joined on the set time. They then asked basic interview questions to which I answered after preparing answers, I then received a generic rejection email.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.
