I applied through snagajob.com and was called a week after submitting my application. I went in for a group interview, there were five of us altogeher. We were all asked the same questions and it was important not to say "same thing she said". At the end of the interview we filled out all the paperwork for our w-2's. A month went by and I hadn't heard anything more, then they finally called me back offering me a position to start the the next day.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
