I applied on snagajob.com about 20 days after i filled out the application online I got a call for an interview. The interview was one on one with the assistant manager she asked the same questions that are on this website ,why do you want to work at kohl's? do you think the customer is always right? do you feel comfortable soliciting credit card (kohl's charge cards)?, tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer? what does a pos associate do? I answered the questions and she wrote down my answer, she then had me interview with the store manager he asked me the same questions, he was concerned about the fact that i didn't have any previous job experience but I assured him with good training I can do anything and he was very impressed with my answer. He also asked me if i had any questions for him and I asked him what he liked about working at kohl's and he smiled answered the question and told me he would remember my interview. Both managers were really nice, they made eye contact and said they really enjoyed my interview, they also liked the fact that i have wanted to work at kohl's since both the grand opening and re-opening i then filled about some paperwork, which was a paper application and permission to drug test, they told me the would contact me in a week. exactly one week later I got the call that I got the job as a seasonal sales associate and when to come in for orientation
