I applied online and was sent an email the next day telling me to pick a time to schedule an interview. The interview was pretty easy. I filled out an availability sheet first and then was asked questions. The interviewer was very friendly and seemed more like a conversation than interview. She told me to look for an email to schedule orientation and I received an email telling me I got the job later that day.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Entretien
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
