Filled out application online, within an hour got an email to schedule an interview. I get to the interview and discover, much to my dismay, it's going to be a group interview. They also had us fill out availability sheets. So it's me and three other girls, the interviewer gives us a run down and tells us she's only gonna be asking 4 questions, picking who had to go first and then going down the line with each question. It was pretty awkward cause we all kinda answered the same way so the person at the end just seemed like they were piggybacking, I just don't find this to be the best way to administer interviews. At the end, she went over each of our availabilitys and gave us a "thank you card" that had a code on the back to check our application status, told us it would take up to a week cause they were swamped, within an hour I received a email saying it was a big fat no.
