Entretien
I arrived early to the interview only to be left standing in the front of the store with other interview candidates. The store employee that are the first people that represent Kohl’s are extremely young, deshelved cashiers who looked like they just rolled out of bed. We were left waiting for atleast 15 minutes then found out we were being interviewed by the manager who was standing around on the phone. Eventually we were led to the back of a hot store for a group interview that was uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I decided to change my availability to not get this job and work with these extremely unprofessional people.

Entretien
They barely asked me anything. I applied for the stocking position, but was given a cashier position instead. The interview was only 5 minutes long, and a phone call. I was very surprised on how short it was.

Entretien
I was brought in for a group interview. At first, I was disappointed because I was afraid I would not get one-on-one attention. The manager asked questions and allowed each of us to answer them individually. He took notes on each of our responses and then asked additional questions more specific to our earlier responses.

We were asked, “What would you do if you were assisting a customer and another customer approached you requesting assistance?” How would you handle the situation? What you you do if either of the customers became irate?
