J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Warminster, PA) en mai 2009
Entretien
I was dropping off my application and a manager noticed me so she asked me to come right back for an interview. She asked all the questions on the sheet she had (she was only supposed to pick 3) so it ended up being a long interview. It was very relaxed. She just asked the usual - why are you here - what are your strengths - weaknesses - etc.

Entretien
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
