they ran 3 rounds of interviews. the first was over the phone, and the last 2 were in person with store managers. asked basic questions, very laid back. Hiring process was fast and easy to understand. they keep you in the loop the entire time

Asked about goals and getting to know you questions. last round interview was mostly situational sales questions
-had one 30 min behavioral chat, then didn't hear back from them after that but overall easy interview. i think there are supposed to be 3 rounds total for the recruitment proccess
Two rounds. Quick and easy. Wanted to know my favorite value of Kohls. Wish I had an interview with my actual manager for the program but I did not. 1 store manager and 1 distract manager.
Easy interview, multiple calls, personality interview and questions. Very professional and prompt with the followup interview rounds and with the offer after both the interviews. The people conducting first round interview may not be the same as the ones for the second round, you may not see the first round interviewers again.
