Very simple interview process, asked me a few question but really wanted to get to know me as a person, got a call the week after for an offer to be an intern

Talk about a time where you experience conflict and what did you do to reduce the conflict?
Fun and enjoyable! Interviewers were great and the company culture is amazing. Interview process was pretty standard and nothing crazy to worry about question wise. Process involves 3 steps, and final step is at the corporate offices. Overall great experience.

What does this role entail and why are you interested?
After the resume review, I got a first-round interview offer. They told me to complete a video interview via a phone application called Hirevue. It was not a live interview.
