We finished quicker than expected, but overall it was a great experience. Just be yourself and have examples to talk about during the interview. You can also look up some practice questions and make answer to them to ease your nerves.
5-7 hour long interviews with recruiter or store manager. Pretty standard questions, really trying to see how much you can handle. Very direct but simple. Ask a lot of situational questions and behavior ones.

I got offered an interview for round 1 after a week of submitting my application. It was fairly easy and they answered most of my questions before I ever got to asked them. It was a nice experience.
