Preliminary in person interview on my college's campus, one-to-one interview. Final interview at Kohl's headquarters- round robin style interviews, 4 rounds with 2 interviewers each. Mainly discussing my prior experience and work. More of a conversation than an interview. Interview with several different areas of design, to see where your work and style fits best.
HR and the hiring manager were very prompt and polite. General interview with standard questions. I was not asked for a second interview but they updated me to this in a timely matter.
1st interview with HR. 2nd interview with hiring manager. Process was simple and easy. They were developing a new line and looking to bring on new designers for the brand.

They did not respond in a timely manner when they did it was not the same person doing the contacting and they seemed incredibly disorganized. The interview was not set up correctly and nobody knew when they were supposed to be interviewing me. A lot of dysfunction
