There were a group of us in the interview (4-5). It was laid back, everyone was asked the same questions. One person started then the question was answered around the whole table. I felt as though it was really easy, but everyone was saying the same thing. It would be a good idea to come up with a unique answer, something someone else will not say.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
