Entretien
Initial phone interview with recruiter. Recruiter asked standard questions (why want to work at kohl's, resume points) Moved on to interview with managers. This was set up similar to a superday, managers jump in and out to talk to you. Questions were off a list (probably given by HR). Asked questions behavioral questions & accounting/retail accounting questions. Recruiter said she would get back to me quickly and then proceeded to not respond to follow up emails. After 2 weeks, she said she was still gathering feedback and would let me know. After another week, she said when I was free to talk, I gave her a time, but she never called. 1.5 months later, received an automated rejection...disappointed how they handled this last part.

Unprofessional for the HR recruiter to completely drop the ball and miss our phone interview. When we re-scheduled she was STILL 10 minutes late in calling me. Her explanation: too busy speaking to other candidates to inform me she'd miss the call. When our conversation went under the allotted time, I knew I wasn't given proper consideration. Kohl's lost more than just a good candidate!
