It was a fairly simple process. I saw that they had a job opening and so I asked the manager about it. A couple days later he gave me a call and I went in for a 1 on 1 interview. I went well but we couldn't come to an agreement on the hours. I would recommend that people applying have flexible hours and a "want to help" personality

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
Basic interview structure, over Meet, very simple process and fast hiring. Step by step email setting expectations and preparation for interview. Pleasant process and overall experience. Interviewer was knowledgeable and very friendly.
