I applied online; 3 weeks later I was asked to take an online assessment: verbal & numerical reasoning, plus a personality quiz. 5-6 weeks later I received an opportunity to interview in a month's time at their UK HQ. The interview was with the head of HR plus a technical manager; and consisted of standard situational questions over 30-40 mins. The results of my online assessment were then presented to me. I was informed of their decision a week later.

Give an example of when you were faced with a setback? How did you respond to it?
The interview process included a short answer video interview. You will be provided with an email link, where it will take you to a site where the questions will be displayed one by one. This interview can be done at home, and a video recording of you answering the questions is sent to them.

Brief, as I was reached out by the team personally so the interview was formality. The interview was for the engineering team and the projects in the team were very interesting

Entretien
Very hard they had expected industry knowledge from a graduate, felt like I was being judged. The hiring process was very easy and simple however the interviews did not seem friendly and I felt as though everyone was wasting their time
