It was boring and bad, I did well but Manager is so boring, she asked me many questions and told me that I will have second interview, but no thank you

I showed up and none of the people where there to interview me and I was asked if I could come back in four hours. I came back and the called me back 30 mins late. The first interview is with HR then you interview with the office manager and managing partner. They will also let you know that they only hire "nice" people. So just act happy and nice and you are 90% of the way there
