Situational questions also being asked, to test about how you up selling the customer
Knowledge of Telus products, like home security and Internet are also included on the role

Entretien
I missed a call from koodo manager and I ended up texting her asking who was it, and she gave me the response that this is regarding the job you applied online for at koodo. I was given few options as to when to schedule the interview. I was called in Eaton center, the job location for an interview. Two people interviewed me . The interview went well and I was explained about the benefits, culture etc. I was selected as a candidate , background checks were done, everything went well but the last question was if i was a permanent resident, which I am not, and hence I couldnt get the job
