The Intial interview is easy and straighforward, its just the HR/recruiter interview. they ask you your expectations, residing place (since its a hybrid work setup) final interview should be prepared to answer all questions asked. (1-hour Question and answer portion)

First round pretty easy just a behavioral to connect with people within your prospective team. They just want t see if you're interested in the industry and the job description. I have only done the first round yet but seems like a really cool company. I thought that it was completely remote but it's how you want it. You can live near the office so that you get a feel of a true hybrid environment.
All good, recruiters are easy to talk to and were able to feel at ease at the first initial interview. Really great at making people welcome at all times. ...

Nice, supportive, kind and no pressure at all I find the experience professional, clear and with kindness. I feel like I'm heard not really being assessed tightly. Great opportunity to learn.
