      Entretien

A 7 week odyssey leading to ... nowhere.... HAVE I GOT A STORY FOR YOU GUYS!! Unless you enjoy interview gauntlets with an ever-shifting finish line, avoid Kpler. My recent interview experience was a masterclass in how to disrespect candidates' time and effort. The Grueling Gauntlet: - 7 week odyssey: The process dragged on for an agonising 7 weeks, filled with false promises and last-minute curveballs. - 3 interviews + case study torture: I navigated 3 interviews, including the Talent team, Hiring Manager, and Skip Level leader. To top it off, I spent a whole weekend slogging through a detailed, in-depth Excel case study. Apparently, that wasn't enough for them. -Offer mirage: On February 8th, I was confidently told I was moving to the offer stage. Talk about a confidence boost...immediately dashed. -Surprise! More hoops: Just a day later, February 9th, they sprung two more interviews on me with senior leadership. Talk about mixed signals. This round was what I like to call the nothing round; no substance, no questions was relevant. Pure nothingness. Waste of three peoples's time - just do better Kpler!! -The never-ending wait: Even after those interviews, Kpler called me on the 15th that they are still waiting for another candidate and I was told they needed to speak with one more person... I mean, why bring this up?! -Rejection after all that: Finally, on February 22nd, after weeks of dangling the carrot, they yanked it away with a rejection. This is a colossal waste of your time and talent. Kpler's complete lack of transparency and respect for candidates is appalling. They treat the interview process like a guessing game, leaving you scrambling to keep up with their ever-changing demands. Job seekers deserve better! Don't let Kpler put you through this interview marathon from hell. There are plenty of companies that value your time and skills. Look elsewhere. If from the external perspective they are are as indecisive and incompetent as they are - imagine what it actually is like from within. Look at all their most recent interview interactions from other candidates. Total shambles! Lastly - the Talent team was extremely apologetic when breaking the news to me. Don't apologise for your disorder - how about just treat candidates with respect and stop toying with candidates.
