Entretien
I had received mail from KSPL for finance position in their Financial Department. Interview time slot was 2 -5. I was there at sharp 2 and i was directly asked to go to interview panel. It was a f2f round with HR and Finance Manager. They asked basic HR questions and question on Finance and related to your experience.

Nothing such as difficult question but they asked if given a balance sheet will you able to analyse it on spot.
